The source is
part of the answer.
Know where legal material comes from, which version it represents and what the service actually covers.
Czech legislation
The initial scope covers acts and wording versions from e-Sbírka. The data integration preserves provision identity, version history and available effective periods.
Czech case law
The initial scope includes Czech court decisions. Coverage must be stated by publisher and served date range. Partial archives do not imply complete coverage of a court.
Source-specific terms stay visible.
Each activated source must carry its required attribution and notices, including where the original material is free and copies are not authentic. Source-access and reuse terms are checked before paid serving.
Dates mean different things.
